Carol D. Conner, P.E., AICP

Executive Vice President, Green Solutions

Carol Conner is an Executive Vice President and Corporate Director of MSCW. Carol has been involved in developing green solutions in Central Florida throughout her 27 years of civil engineering experience in the area, and she currently serves as the Principal in Charge of the firm's Environmental team and the Green Building Task Force. She has also successfully tackled some of the area's most complex stormwater and environmental permitting challenges. Her wide range of technical expertise and experience, combined with her knowledge of, and relationship with, the various regulatory agencies, make her uniquely qualified to offer comprehensive, creative, and cost-effective solutions and design approaches to a wide variety of projects.

Carol is the President of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra's Board of Directors, serves on the Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) Board of Directors, has served on the Deans Executive Advisory Board for the University of Central Florida College of Engineering and Computer Science, and is a member of the State K-12 Education Task Force for the Florida Engineering Society (FES). She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS), and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). She is also Chairperson of the Ministries Council at First United Methodist Church of Orlando, where she is a member of the Chancel Choir, Brass Ensemble, Sanctuary Bells Handbell Choir, accompanist for the Middle School Choir, and a founding member of One Voice, a women's quartet/trio that performs sacred and secular music for church and community events.

Carol graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in Civil Engineering.
