Neil Frazee, RLA

Vice President, DRI/Strategic Services

Neil Frazee is the Leader of DRI/Strategic Services and a Shareholder of MSCW. Neil joined MSCW with an extensive background in design after owning a landscape architecture and planning firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Neil's has worked with numerous property owners and developers to create projects that are not only financially successful, but are responsive to the needs and lifestyles of community residents and citizens. His expertise includes community planning, design, and project management for a variety of mixed use and residential communities throughout Central Florida.

Neil obtained a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
