Tonya Mellen, P.E.

Transportation & Public Engineering Resource Manager

Tonya Mellen is Resource Manager for Transportation & Public Engineering and has more than 20 years of experience in structural and transportation engineering. As a project manager and engineer on a multitude of roadway projects, she has extensive experience with limited-access facilities, rural and urban roadways, interchanges, and the resurfacing and widening of existing roadways. Her specialties include roadway and drainage design, plans production, quality control, report preparation, client and subconsultant coordination, estimates and schedule development, and construction coordination.

Tonya is an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers; Florida Engineering Society; American Society of Highway Engineers; Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers; and the Society of Women Engineers.

She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
