Bob McClelland
Client Relations Team Leader
Bob McClelland has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, construction,
and business development. He is a key contributor to some of the state’s
most successful large-scale commercial and institutional projects in both the
public and private sectors. A tenacious client advocate, Bob’s statewide
influence and insight are instrumental in propelling projects to new heights.
Bob has been very involved with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) over the
years, having served on numerous task forces and as former Chairman of The Foundation
for Orange County Public Schools. In addition, he has had a hand in shaping
downtown Orlando, through serving two terms as President of the Downtown Orlando
Partnership, as Chairman of Light Up Orlando and as Chairman of Downtown Development
Board and the City of Orlando CRA Advisory Board. Bob is currently a member
of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and is a Past
President of NAIOP. He is a graduate of Leadership Orlando, Greater Orlando
Leadership Foundation (now known as Lifework Leadership), Leadership Central
Florida, and Leadership Florida. Bob is an Elder at First Presbyterian Church
of Orlando. Bob is also a Little League Coach, a Flag Football Coach, and a
University of Florida Athletic Booster.
Bob graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/History
from Stetson University in 1981.
