Lance Bennett's expertise is based on a unique blend of professional experience with the St. John's River Water Management District and private consulting. He has over 16 years of experience in site planning and development, stormwater management, roadway and utility design and permitting for large scale master planned residential and mixed use communities within Central Florida. Lance manages the firm's Commercial, Private & Industrial Engineering team.

Lance is an active member of ASCE, ICSE, NAIOP and attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained both a Masters and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
