The MSCW team believes it is the responsibility of every citizen, organization and business to contribute to the sustainability our community. That is why we encourage everyone in the firm to give of their time and resources to make our community a better place to live, work and play.

The MSCW team has contributed to our community in a variety of ways, including:

• An employee run Community Action Team to promote community involvement, emphasizing community partner organizations: The Foundation for Orange County Public Schools, The CARE Foundation, and United Arts
• Mentoring program and a school supply drive at Audubon Park Elementary and became a Partner in Education with the school
• Initiated the annual Central Florida Champions awards program
• Support for regional and state science fair programs
• Support for Project Create, a Florida Engineering Society (FES) program that involves over 50 Central Florida schools
• In kind donations for community building initiatives such as the Oakland Nature Preserve, Grandma’s House, House of Hope, Harbor House and others
• Ongoing participation in the Urban Land Institute’s UrbanPlan program in Central Florida high schools
